To receive our Money Back Guarantee all you need to do is;
1. Send us an email to email@example.com telling us that you are returning the products and why (we ask this question because it is important for us to serve our customers better. We need to know if there is a common problem so that we can fix it)
2. Return your products to 7 Feodore Drive, Cecil Hills NSW 2171, Australia in the boxes that they came in. The products and packaging must be in working order and not be damaged.
3. You must return your products within 21days from the date of purchase.
4. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
5. Once the products have been received IVI ORGANIC will refund the full purchase price of the products minus the initial postage cost.
6. The refund will be given back in the same way that the product was purchased. For example: if you paid with a credit card then the money will be refunded directly back to that credit card. If you paid with PayPal then the money will be refunded into your PayPal account.
7. Please allow 7-14 days for your refund to appear in your account as we have no control over the processing times of the institutions. IVI ORGANIC will reverse the payment within 24 hours of receiving the products. We will send you an email to let you know that we have received the products and another one when we have initiated the refund. Please check your spam folder if you don't see the email within 24hrs because sometimes the emails can end up there.
8. The Samples are not covered under the 100% Money Back Guarantee Policy.
